To enter the prize draw, complete this online form, or fill in Dial's reader reply card. The prize consists of a two-night B&B weekend trip for two people sharing a standard twin or double room. No hotel extras are included and must be settled on departure. The winning entry will be chosen at random. The prize must be taken between 1st January and 31st December 2009.
