As a public sector client you will benefit from an economy of scale, the more you buy the more cost effective the price will be through our negotiation and buying power.

Government rates are obtained automatically without having to prove the identity of the traveller and promotional rates are offered as they become available from the hotels.

At Expotel we hold one of the industry’s largest nightly allocation: 700 nights in London alone. This allocation ensures maximum availability and access to instant confirmations. and Conference and Event servicesOur team of dedicated experts are based in our Stockport office. We can organise every aspect of your event from finding the venue through to post event analysis or, we can just do those bits you prefer not to do yourself.

We will negotiate with the venue to achieve the most cost-effective rate possible and work with a plethora of venues including civic and not-for-profit venues.

We have also introduced our new events and meeting management solution – Ex-act. Developed in collaboration with ABC Connection, this global solution takes the traditionally manual Request for Meetings (RfM) process online, allowing Expotel staff to be more consultative in our discussions with clients. through this contract. Expotel currently manages £90 million (approx) of public sector spend each year for over 250 government departments.

We offer a bespoke Online ServiceOur database contains over 150,000 hotels in conjunction with GDS systems. We will bespoke your system in line with your organisation’s requirements to ensure you achieve maximum benefits from our online service. If the room is held on allocation you will receive an immediate confirmation either via email or SMS text message. as well as a telephone and email service linked to a dedicated team of expert consultants.

We are committed to working with the public sector to bring down costs and we have systems in place to ensure bookings are made in compliance with travel policies and budgetary guidelines. To guarantee an effective working relationship, we offer government departments a dedicated Account ManagementIn order for public sector clients to achieve maximum benefit from using Expotel we will supply an account management team as part of our service. Our account management team will make sure your hotel usage is analysed with a view to identifying key areas and consolidating spend thereby achieving even more cost-effective rates.

We have many covert clients who, due to the nature of their organisation, cannot have their team identified. This is something that we specialise in and full discretion can be assured.

This partnership gives clients a guaranteed 5% discount throughout the year on over 150 tour operators.
